It was month of April-2005... 7 ppl were staying in 16, Bhawani Park-A, Aundh. It was a 2 BHK flat...(now dont think how come... it was some strong bond which was binding as all together so no one will fall out of that flat..)... a lovely place and area to live... somehow a desire came into mind of ulti, durga and bhaggi (urs truely...) to find some more space... (and continue the bond... with out sharing the same place...)... So we started looking for aashiyana...
Now before we proceed some points to ponder...
1. All of us from infosys first year... now i dont need to emphasis that we didn't had any heavy wallets. (although ulti some how got big bank balance.. but not at all ready to spend on his boyfreinds... ;) ).
2. Everyone wanted lots of space.
3. Still we were 3... not a very good number... so searching for one more potential partner... no... i am not saying bakra... but if u insist.. u can use this term.
4. Our dear ulti is in love wid dis place called aundh... dont know why...(but after some time everybody knew why... :D).
So keeping all these points in mind we started searching... in this search we (read durga and bhaggi) found one house in kharki...(too congusted.. to live), one house in Nandan van...(a good 3BHK.. but out of budget... constraint#1), one in planet millenium... far from aundh... constraint #4..., one in sanewadi... constraint...illogical rate (no number... our brain was not accepting it).
Finally search came down to 2 houses in aundh... one 1 BHK... second 2 BHK... me nd ulti loved 1 BHK... 2 BHK was a bit old kind... but somehow durga fall in love wid that old house... so things got close to our dream house... but there is one more contraint.. read #3... and here is the entry of mohindra...
To give a background... he is living in Koregoan Park... one of the most happening part of pune... (i must admit... i stayed most of my weekends in my earlier part of pune stay wid him there only...)... but he is very good friend and a person of good heart (here comes the catch...)...we called him nd told that we took the house only counting in you... nd here is the 4th person in the team... nd the house is final... (after that... it means that was a cheating wid mohindra... but we loved every moment wid him.. so happy to cheat...)
And that place is called... 205, Shikshak Society, Sanewadi, Aundh.
A beautiful place (it was old house as we mentioned... but we got TV, Fridge, Bad, kitchen, Pardas to window... nd almost everything.. to make it happening place... a big thank to ulti... who loves shopping...)... very green nd peaceful environment...
Now the real fun begans... so stay tuned.
