Those memories refuses to die

Pune... part of my life for 2 years... 2 years in a 26 years long journey.. but it seems more than it.

First 2 years of my working life... where i have money to spend on things which i liked... time to think... still there was something more than this suddenly achieved freedom.

These two years were spend with some of best pals from college... made some new pals in company... in the journey to rewind those moments...

First few days in pune... staying in a hotel provided by company... got anupreet as a room partner. Anupreet... a simple person from thoughts... but not from my college... some how we got mingled... dont know what we liked in each other in those few hours.. but after those seven days... he is sure on one thing... wanna live with us... it added to our confusion initially but i m happy that he did that.

Initially we are five... (in bhawani park) me, anupreet, kapil, chinmoy and neeraj (except anu.. all are classmates..).. neeraj tries his luck in huges nd after few days of fun... he is all set to gurgaon... then we are four... nd anu is my roomie... has deep love for human feelings... but more deeper sense of humor... milk is his favorate dish... for breakfast, lunch and dinner... got his own share of sentiments... still remember the number he has stored in name of "PAPA"... we always wondered... how come his "PAPA" sends so senti SMSes... but i hope he has to do that... to keep us away bugging...

Still remember one night.. i have old samsung set... which alerts of SMS again and again until you read... chinu's one friend sent one SMS nd i forgot to read that and slept in deep thoughts...(looks good when you say thoughts...:D)... at midnight... i got awake on sudden discomfort... anu is walking all over the flat.. holding tat stupid piece in hand and shouting..."Abe ise chup karo koi..." he was awake all night ...

Suddenly chinnu got transfered to chennai for 2 months and we felt... lets have some more members... it brings durga nd vijju... nd yes... best time was just about to begin... we loved doing "kambal pitai"... starting wid vijju.. then followed by everyone... vijju nd anu shared amazing love-hate relationsip... in morning anu will move to rest room only wen vijju was about to move... followed by frustrated banging by vijju on the door again and again... just some of the moments...

mohindra, kapil nd tau are also in pune... resulting in frequent visits of ther n my house to add a twist in daily fun... to add there were paro, jha, anshul were in mumbai...just a call away... those weekends were full of life.

these days are no where related to life in 205... but were a great prologue to a life that was about to begin... vijju was outr new neighbour in 206... but a great fun... we loved to ring his door bell and run away...naughty kids...(me nd durgi to be named culprits)... most of the things including dear dhobi nd good luck tea store continues to be part of our life even after shifting to sanewadi.

Now... anupreet is based in Dehli (at present in US)
Jha and paro in Noida ((at present in US)
Mohindra in Pune (in US frm last one year)
Suri, chinnu, Vijju in Pune (but they are not neighbour)
Durga nd ulti in IIMC
Me in bangalore.
Neeraj in IIML
Kapil based in Pune (but ins swis..)

and al the memories back in Pune...
