Every holi is unforgettable... but only holi we played together at 205 is always top on the list... (Suri missed all the fun as he was in dehli at that time..)
U mite get impression that my all post are ULTI dominated... but i cant help... he is such a dominating creature that nobody can help in that.
Before that... a little story. There is a gal in our infy office... She is training mate of Suri, nd transfered to pune while Suri was in Chennai... so it was moral responsibility of durga to take a good care of her.nd he did "rise to occasion" very well... (after that we never introduced any gal we knew.. to durgi.. ;) ). Durgi later introduced her to everybody... except ULTI d great.. dont know why? he can better answer that... but it made ulti.. eager to meet her... and i dont know if it that eagerness ever got over...
Ok.. come back to Holi... ULTI did got colors for us.. nd without ulti... (waking up before 12 PM is against human rights of ulti... ).. me, mohindra nd durga went to celeb it... wid our infy nd college frens... infy frens included Garima also... (above mentioned gal). after 2-3 hours when we are back... ulti is in all flames for not being invited... but he has his own plans too... to make our holi "unforgettable".
We went to Rats (replace with Ratika... now onwards) house... just hoping to wish nd perhaps some gulal etc... when we reach there... we are greated with some water... mohindra is smart... escaped saying that he has to play with his old roomies... me nd durga are helpless... "jaye to jaye kahan...." as we are old rommies of each other...
So we grabbed two corners of house nd watching ulti nd other gals playing wid water... but... water does not differentiates between people on the basis of cast, creed, name or being good enof to sit in corner... so we got more than our share... my Nokia mobile also get his share... perhaps that was the last time i saw him working... (after that it came in indian cricket team mode... all parts will never work together...).
Water is good... but then there was talcom powder... (u bet it is resposible for atleast 1% weight of those gals... ;) )... matched with water... we were looking like statues.... (thank GOD there was no pegion around...)...
so...somehow we managed to enter in bathroom.. to get clean... and that was biggest mistake of ours... we were much safer in room... (gals cant make their room as dirty as we guys can :) ) but bathroom... they are not far behind... nd now it was our turn to be treated with tide...(yukkk...)... more water... more talcom powder...(they must have made their kirana wala proud of them... but not our shakar bai... who got to wash our cloths...).
Somehow we thot... enof is enof... and started to do tit for tat... nd please... u cant expect us to tell gals not to shout... so that invited mr. guard. We were forced to hid in bathroom... nd he was forced to believe that 2 gals nd one ulti were all resposible for that mass...
yes.. that guard was our saviour... hence he saved both of us gini-pigs from some more discovery of coloring agents... (i hope u have assumed so far that pepsodant also had played his part in between...wid some branded shampoo also...)... that was a bright day for nearby kirana wala...
to all said and done... YES.. ulti also faced the same fate... but he was not in suffered lot...
Nd dont expect from me that i can explain any of the face expression that came on people when we were returning to home...
nyway... that holi was enjoyable... nd made more enjoyable by some special food by our beloved shakar bai...
